Trident Holiday Homes is an Irish owned and operated company, which specialises in the management and marketing of over 700 holiday homes in 60 locations throughout Ireland. Since 1986, Trident have been successfully letting self catering properties to more than 150,000 satisfied customers in 60 locations nationwide.

Since its recent merger with Discovery Holidays Ltd, the company is now the largest operator in the self-catering accommodation sector, exclusively managing and letting the properties. Trident Holiday Homes maintains high standards of quality in every property, which are all registered and approved by Failte Ireland, the Irish Tourist Authority.

They have partnerships with many of the world’s Tour Operators specialising in bringing visitors to Ireland.
The team at biznet IIS were engaged after a competitive tender process to deploy a customised version of our travelITnow suite of travel management/tour operator software.  The delivered solution will encompass the core modules and components of travelITnow.  Customised work flows have been developed to meet the specific business needs of Trident Holiday Homes.  First phase of the new solution is due to go live at the end of January 2009.

bookNow is a customisable, multi-currency, front-end booking engine tailored for both B2B and B2C formats.  The standard functions include logical search, result listing, reservation and secure payment.

manageNow is a complete multi-lingual Content Management Solution (CMS) tailored for the travel & tourism industry. Websites, intranets and extranets can all be managed simultaneously via this system, giving users complete control over content authoring, publishing, layout and accessibility.  Extended functionality includes  website cloning, personalisation, access rights management and dynamic advertising.

operateNow is a comprehensive desktop reservation system which facilitates product and property allocation, availability, rates and online reservations.  Complete with back office management and reporting facilities, operateNow enables website owners to monitor sales, commissions, profiltability and fees..

supplyNow  is a supplier / partner facing inventory management system which facilitates real-time rate management, availability, reservations and promotion schemes. supplyNow can be easily integrated with other third party tour operator software systems such as Tourplan.

connectNow is a GDS integration solution which offers seamless integration with multiple supplier data sources via XML interface. The module enables users to initiate a single search against multiple GDS suppliers, combining the responses into one single integrated response.

converseNow is a desktop based, low graphics, call centre solution which enables agents to interrogate and book online travel systems for customers.  converseNow’s intuitive interface facilitates efficient call handling and associated reservations, improving customer satisfaction and reducing lead times.

communicateNow is an operational CRM module which enables travel organisations to analyse, segment and respond to customers, based on their engagement and preference data.  It can also be integrated with many standard back office financial packages.

The travelITNow e-business suite can be deployed “out of the box” or can be customised to fit complex and specific business needs.  The modular aspect of the travelITNow suite allows for maximum flexibility and scalability. 

The travelITNow suite allows for the complete integration of your Reservations system with your online business branding and marketing message.  The travelITNow suite is offered as a hosted application or can be deployed as a local server solution.
